SUMMARY
The Systems Engineer shall provide technical consultation, training, and support to IT staff as designated by the Government, and diagnose and resolve complex communication problems.

Working knowledge/experience of ELMS/DPAS

Must have in-depth knowledge and proven experience in Digital Communications Satellite Subsystem (DCSS), IP Networking, IP and Frequency Division Multiple Access modems, and RF spectrum analysis for communications systems coverage and access, communications network loading, modeling and simulation, and current and future DoD Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Gateway subsystems and DCSS in support of Defense Information Systems Network services.
